Is the Privy Council still in existence today . *If it is is it still called by the same name or has its name changed ? ; or has it been abolished.
Also is the star chamber court still extant ?

The Privy Council still exists, but not the Star Chamber in modern day. The Privy Council is still called that, but it doesn’t have the same power or significance as it did, because Britain is no longer governed by an autocratic monarchy.

I use this site a lot. My prelim research is showing 7 of the 19 are in my tree as GGF.
Browne, FitzWilliam, Gage, Howard, Seymour, Brandon and Baker. I hope my info proves to be accurate.
